We are not a "ten services in your home today" outfit. Windows, the bits attached to windows, and one or two add-ons people ask for while we're already on the ladder. That's it.
- Interior & exterior glass
Hand-detailed every pane, frame, and sill. We bring our own water and microfiber so we never use up yours.
- Hard-to-reach panes
Vaulted A-frames, second-story picture windows, garage transoms. Carbon poles up to 35 ft so we stay off your roof.
- Tracks & sills
Where the dirt actually lives. We pull screens, vacuum the channels, wipe the weep holes, set everything back square.
- Screen wash & re-fit
Screens come out, get a soft brush + rinse, dry flat, and go back in so your view stops looking like a sandstorm.
- Gutter clear-out (add-on)
Bundle with a wash and we'll flush your gutters and downspouts while we're already on the ladder. One trip, one fee.
- Hard-water stain removal
Sprinkler spray, irrigation overspray, mineral fog on shower glass. Restored with cerium oxide -- not Magic Eraser.

We base out of Greenscreek Cir on the Hillside and cover from the bowl out to Eklutna. Past that, ask -- if a neighbor is on the schedule we'll bundle the drive.

How much does a typical Anchorage home wash cost?+
Most single-story homes in the bowl run $180-$280 for inside + outside. Two-story Hillside homes with vaulted glass run $320-$520. We give a firm number over the phone in two minutes -- no upsell on arrival.
How fast can you get out?+
Spring rush (April-June) we're typically booking 5-9 days out. Summer and fall we can usually get to you within 48 hours. Move-out and listing prep gets priority slots.
Will you do exterior-only in winter?+
Yes, anywhere from October through March, as long as it's above 25 F. We use de-ionized water that won't freeze on the pane and squeegee dry before it can.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes -- general liability through a local AK carrier, plus workers comp on every crew member. We send the certificate to your email before the first appointment if you ask.
Do I need to be home?+
Not for exterior work. For interior, someone needs to let us in, but we're happy to work around remote work calls and quiet hours.
What about pets and kids?+
Soap is a 1% non-toxic dish concentrate (the same one restaurants use on glassware). Safe for dogs, cats, and toddlers who lick windows. We re-rinse anything on a low sill.
Do you do post-construction?+
We do. Mortar splatter, paint over-spray, sticker glue, and silicone smear -- $1.20-$2.20 per pane on top of a standard wash, scoped on site.
